SALES TAX

SolePictures, LLC is based in New York, NY. For items shipped within the United States, sales tax is applied according to state sales tax regulations. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide us with a tax exempt certificate before finalizing your purchase.

SHIPPING

We ship most items within 48 hours of receiving your order. This may not always be possible. If this occurs, we will contact you. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. We only use Federal Express for all of our shipments.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  If you require a special delivery, please contact us at info@solepictures.com.

RETURN POLICY

We are not happy unless you are. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped back in the original packaging, in pristine condition and via insured mail. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. As both prints and handmade books are delicate objects, we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not in perfect condition. We do not accept returns from outside the United States.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel your order within 12 hours by contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For destinations outside of the United States, you will receive a shipping estimate as part of the checkout process. It is only an estimate and the shipping charge may be adjusted upon final processing of your order.  If this estimate needs to be revised for any reason, you will be notified immediately. International shipments are subject to customs duties, and vary by destination country. The receiver is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes.
