Born in Reus, Spain, artist Magdalena Solé graduated with a Masters of Fine Art from Columbia University School of the Arts in 2002. After living for most of her life in New York City,
She now resides in Vermont.
Her work for the last two decades has focused on documenting the life of people living at the margins of society. In addition, she has spent much time photographing in Japan, the Mississippi Delta and Cuba.
